Postage and Handling Policy
Heartfelt Inspirations will ensure that all purchases are well packaged to prevent breakage through carrier handling.
Free shipping does not include insurance. If you require your purchases to be insured against loss, damage or theft, please contact us as additio nal charges apply.
Whilst all care is taken when packing your order, from time to time breakages may occur.
Heartfelt Inspirations will not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
We are confident that our products will meet and surpass your expectations; however, if for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us.
Returns are accepted within 7 days after the buyer receives the item.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please choose carefully when purchasing, as there is no refund on the postage fee.
Once the item has been returned to us a refund will be issued.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
All products must be returned in their original unused condition and with bubble wra p and protective packaging to minimise transit damage.
Heartfelt Inspirations will not be responsible for return postage costs, unless a mistake has been made and you have received the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect.
In this case we will issue a pre-paid return label either by email or with the replacement item.
Change of mind or an item purchased by mistake will require the buyer to pay return costs plus additional postage charges to resend the item if a replacement is requested.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post as the buyer you assume any risk of loss, theft or damage during transit.
