Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, although some monitors do display colour differently, so please allow for that.

As to embroidered items we reserve the right to change colours & fonts to suit gender, product colours etc.

If no preferences are chosen when ordering we will choose colours

 

How can I return an item?

We are confident that our products will meet and surpass your expectations; however, if for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us. Returns are accepted within 7 days after the buyer receives the item.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been personalised, worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

All products must be returned in their original unused condition and with bubble wrap and protective packaging to minimise transit damage.

Heartfelt Inspirations will not be responsible for return postage costs, unless a mistake has been made and you have received the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect. In this case we will issue a pre-paid return label either by email or with the replacement item.

Change of mind or an item purchased by mistake will require the buyer to pay return costs plus additional postage charges to resend the item if a replacement is requested.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post as the buyer you assume any risk of loss, theft or damage during transit.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Items that come back into stock will be relisted for sale.

If we cannot restock an item the product will be removed

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times can vary depending on the courier used.

Usually within seven days.

There is an express postage option in checkout if you require your order quicker.

Where can I view my receipt?

All orders and receipts can be found in the "my account" section on our website
